Taking just the next 10 years to keep my point more capable of comprehension have you taken an increase in interest rates into consideration. For example what will be the effect of a 5% p.a. increase in financing cost do to the monthly payment of a new $100 million aircraft. If you look at that result and do a completely subjective projection it is very frightening. Low interest rates over the last decade have effectively masked the general effect of the dramatic cost of new production a/c.
